Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Any dates, times or periods for delivery of Goods quoted by the Seller are estimates only and the Seller shall not be liable for failure to meet such estimates or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the Buyer as a result of any delay howsoever caused. A Shipping charge of £7.00 is charged on all orders under £75.00. Any orders above £75.00 are delivered within the UK Mainland carriage paid (excludes N. Ireland).

Delivery Schedule We endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All orders are charged VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee Goods are not sold for any particular purpose even if implied in the catalogue or product data sheets. All implied terms and conditions and warranties relating to the quality and/or fitness for the purpose or any of the goods are excluded. The seller shall be under no liability whatsoever to the buyer for any indirect or consequential loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the buyer arising out of breach of Contract by the Seller of this contract. In the event of any breach of Contract by the Seller the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall the liability of the Seller exceed the price of the Goods.

Returns Policy Return of goods will not be accepted in any circumstances without prior agreement from the seller. The return of goods will only be agreed to if the goods are in the original packing. Standard restocking charge is 30% of the original invoice value.
